This is a used A1/A2 carbine carry handle adapter, used for mounting a scope/optic on your fixed carry handle carbine rifle. I am not sure what the brand of this mount is, as it came with one of my upper recievers, and I don't need it anymore. It mount with one threaded bolt that passes through the hole in you carry handle. It features 5-1/8" of picatinny/M1913 rail space, and will lift your mounting plane 1.5" above your carry handle. It is hollow, and will allow you to co-witness your back up iron sight as well. It is in very good condition, and shows very little signs of use.
